A report folder with the school logo
Of course you want the children’s results to be stored in a personal school folder, don’t you? When pupils take home a report folder from school, it will pass through many hands. Then it is important for you as a school to make a good impression, right? Attention needs to have been paid to a printed folder. And you want to convey that too.
Different formats and ring mechanics
An A4 report folder is the most commonly used format. But it is also possible to have other formats made. Think, for example, of student drawings. The drawing paper is often just a touch larger. If you want to store these unfolded in the folder, the folder can be made in a different format.
Mechanics we use are:
- 2 ring
- 4 ring
- 23 nring
Top sheets, tab sheets and more
We can also print the tab sheets in the school’s house style. But we can also supply standard white PP tab sheets, numbered from 1 to 8. This allows each school year to be neatly separated in the ring binder.
We recommend using PP or PVC tabs, as they last longer. But of course it is also possible to have them in cardboard.

Diverse possibilities
PVC
PVC is sturdy and durable as it is recyclable. Made-to-measure and available in many standard colours. A PVC folder can take a beating. And it can also be fitted with welded-in transparent show pockets to increase its ease of use.
Cardboard covered with printwork
An extra luxurious look by using sturdy cardboard, giving you a durable folder. The printwork can be embellished with a glossy or matt laminate or even with a linen structure. The laminate also protects the printwork.
Polypropylene (PP)
Very practical and modern in appearance. This plastic is also recyclable and can take a beating. A stain here or there is easy to remove with a wet cloth. Polypropylene in a semi-transparent version is the most popular. In addition, PVC is available in various colours, thicknesses and textures. Take a look at our product examples for some inspiration.
